Terms of Service

Acceptable use

• No using our service to generate content for illegal activity.
• No attempting to extract, clone, or re-host the underlying model.
• No automated querying beyond your tier's rate limits.
• No scraping our eval set for training other models without attribution.

Refunds

Pro-tier subscriptions are pro-rated refundable within the first 7 days if the service does not materially function for you. After 7 days, no refunds.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced 14 days in advance.

Privacy

What we store

• Telegram user ID, username (if set).
• Subscription tier and payment metadata (transaction IDs, not card data).
• Per-day query count (for rate limiting).
• Prompt + response logs for 30 days, keyed by user ID (debugging + abuse response).

What we don't

• No third-party ad trackers. Plausible analytics is privacy-friendly and cookieless.
• No permanent prompt storage beyond 30 days.
• No selling of your data. Ever.

Deletion

Email deletion requests to the contact on /community. We delete within 14 days.

The Telegram bot and website are currently available globally; responses carry educational disclaimers and do not constitute a financial product offering.
